About CCS
Compassionate Care Services is the leading provider of personal home care in the state of Illinois. From companionship to around-the-clock in-home care, our customized services are designed to help individuals remain safely and comfortably in their place of residence. Our individual assessment customizes care to each client's need and is an important part of our service plan which can be adjusted as needs change.
Our specifically trained Compassionate Care Aides (CCA's) are available from 3 to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After an initial assessment over the phone, or in person, with our nurse on staff, a customized care plan will be created based on individual needs. A member of our assessment team will then personally visit with the client, and family members to review the care plan. We will ensure that we meet the needs of our clients to the most beneficial and cost-effective way possible.
All of our Compassionate Care Aides (CCA's) are CCS Certified in providing companionship, home management, and personal care to our clients.
