Health and Safety
CCA's keep a clean, hazard free in-home environment for our clients. We monitor the Individual Care Plans and the condition of our clients on a daily basis, including physical, mental and spiritual needs. Also, we make certain all needed safety and support devices are in the home and being used properly.
Individual Care Plans (ICPs)
ICPs are designed to reflect the goals, preferences and unique needs of each individual we serve and evolve over time with the individual.
